    • Vandenberg AFB, California

    • Westover AFB, Massachusetts

    • Moody AFB, Georgia

    • Avon Park AFR, Florida

    • McChord AFB, Washington

     

  • Prepared comprehensive plans for operation of six state Wildlife Management Areas (WMA) totaling more than 430,000 acres in south central Florida during the 1970s, including:

     

    • Green Swamp WMA, Polk County

    • Croom WMA, Hernando County

    • Avon Park WMA, Polk and Highlands counties

    • C. M. Webb (now Babcock/Webb) WMA, Charlotte County

    • Fisheating Creek WMA, Glades County

    • Chinsegut Nature Center, Hernando County

     

  • Provided technical and administrative oversight of Florida Game and Fresh Water Fish Commission studies of wetlands wildlife and habitats pursuant to the Special Project for the Restoration of the Kissimmee River and Nubbin Slough Basin

     

  • Provided technical and administrative oversight for the State of Florida's Wildlife Management Area program (totaling more than 5 million acres statewide)

  • Provided technical and administrative oversight for all wildlife research and management operations for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's Division of Wildlife, including:

     

    • Game species programs

    • Nongame species programs

    • Imperiled species (threatened and endangered animals) listing process and conservation programs

    • Habitat conservation and management programs

  • Prepared waterfowl management plans for:

     

    • Midway Plantation, Huger, South Carolina

    • Whitehouse Plantation, Georgetown, South Carolina

     

  • Prepared white-tailed deer and wild turkey management plans for:

     

    • Dixie Plantation, Greenville, Florida

  • Provided consulting services for waterfowl habitat management for:

     

    • Pinckney Hill Plantation, Monticello, Florida

     

  • Provided consulting services and technical advice to an East Coast developer pertinent to a proposed conservation lands exchange

  • Drafted wildlife (including imperiled species) and vegetation impacts assessments pursuant to a proposed seismic exploration (minerals) project in southern Florida

  • Authored or co-authored more than 20 technical research journal articles and book chapters on various aspects of wildlife and wildlife habitat conservation and management, with an emphasis on wetlands species and habitats

  • Serve on a team providing consulting services to a south central Florida county relative to fish and wildlife impacts associated with a proposed Development of Regional Impact (DRI)

  • Served as team leader for a project preparing wildlife management plans for two large tracts of land in southern Florida

  • Contracted by Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Division of Hunting and Game Management to prepare a "Vision for the Future of Hunting in Florida" document

  • Served as an instructor for Wetlands Restoration and Management Workshop conducted for Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Biologists
